Check or money order made out to LA Tech Volleyball - Peachtree with Registration form needs to arrive at LA Tech Volleyball, PO Box 3046, Ruston, LA 71272 by Friday, January 22nd.
Full refunds will be given to cancellations before 7 days of event. Cancellations within 7 days will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Upon receipt of Registration form and entry fee, a confirmation email will be sent to the above contact. Specific event details to follow at a later date.
